The Process

Once a customer enquiry comes in, we would liaise with the customer to book an initial home visit. The reason for the home visit is so the current work surfaces can be assessed & a quote can be created. An email or a letter will be sent to you a few days after the site visit with your estimated costs.

Once an order has been received, our team will template the overlay on-site with the customer. This involves measuring up the space & going through with the customer exactly what they are looking for. A 50% deposit would then be taken to progress further with the overlay.

Our team will then go back to our workshop in Dorset & fabricate the quartz overlay to be used in the kitchen. The installation will then take place at a date & time convenient to the customer. Once the installation has been completed, a member of the management team will give a courtesy call to the customer a few days after to ensure the result is as expected & that the installation team were helpful throughout.

The final balance can then be settled & an after-care guide will be left with the customer. (Information can also be found on our website) The customer will receive a 10-year manufacturer guarantee on the product for added peace of mind.
